Withdraw or Cancel an Order

If you have changed your mind about an order, you can request to withdraw from your purchase here. This is your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2023/2673).

You have 15 days from receiving your order to let us know you wish to withdraw. Click the button below and complete the short form. You will need your order number, and no account or login is required.

Once you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation email with a timestamp. Our team will then be in touch about returning your items and processing any refund due.
