I wish I could add a picture to the review to support my story... I bought a print of a picture I painted digitally for my boyfriend. I was instructed by chat support to order the print and then send an email with the file to an agent, since I was concerned about the layers turning out well on print. The print was quickly produced and posted, but I did not get a confirmation on the process until I had promted for information several times.
When we got the print my heart dropped. The result was so blurry, several overlaying pictures showing through at once, even when viewing the picture from different angles. I emailed the contact I was in touch with, asking for a reprint, who sent me following reply:
"As this is not a fault of ours, unfortunately we cannot simply provide you with a free print as there is nothing actually wrong with the print but instead your personal preference as the outcome will be the same. But what we can do for you, as a good will gesture, is offer you a 25% discount on a reprint."
Never buying from this company again. Besides, they don't even turn up when searching for uk companies on the government website, thought it was odd and should have looked it up before I ordered...
